Wagga Wagga
- The largest inland city in New South Wales, Wagga Wagga is known as the 'Garden City of the South'. It is a university city and the commercial centre of the Riverina district which is devoted to wheat, lambs, dairying and mixed farming. The town's growth as a regional centre was assured by its position on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River, almost halfway between Sydney and Melbourne just off the Hume Hwy.
