Dubbo
- Known as the 'Hub of the West', the rural city of Dubbo is a busy road, rail and air junction on the Macquarie River. The town is located halfway between Melbourne and Brisbane and just over 400km from Sydney. The surrounding areas support pigs, sheep, cattle stud farms and produce wheat, fodder, cotton, wool, fruit and vegetables.
