Ultimate Adventures will get you hooked on Barramundi providing you with a memorable fishing holiday in the Kimberley.

Hairy Dog's Fishing Camp situated on the banks of the Lower Ord River ex Kununurra is in an area prolific with bird life, crocodiles, tropical wildlife and a variety of fish species.

From here you will enjoy part day, full day or extended small boat safaris exploring this unique river system. Our guides are experienced, skilled fishermen/bushmen and our small boats are set up for traversing the shallow rockbars and rapids and to provide you with the best opportunity to catch the barramundi, spot crocodiles, birdwatch or take photographs.

Being virtually untouched, the area provides satisfaction for those who enjoy the serenity and relaxation of the bush. Small groups of businessmen can use the facility for personal and relationship development conferences. The camp is set up bush style with open kitchen/dining, verandah sleep-outs, bunkhouse and ablution block, all with river views.

Transfers are provided by courtesy four wheel drive (4WD) vehicle from Kununurra and all meals, snacks, fruit, cool drink and plenty of water is supplied.

Fishing gear is supplied (rods and reels are on a replace if 'lost' basis). Bedding and mosquito nets are supplied however visitors are asked to bring a towel, sunblock, insect repellent and personal items. Comfortable protective bush clothing and footwear and shady hats are recommended.

Our aim is to cater for small personalised groups from two to twelve people or individuals and we welcome customer specific tours.
