For assistance with directions, public transport enquiries, events and general questions about Melbourne, keep and eye out for our City Ambassadors roving the streets of Melbourne in their distinctive red uniforms.
Whether you are from across the world or just across town, these friendly volunteers can help you! They are approachable, friendly and equipped with extensive local knowledge.
You can locate an Ambassador in the central shopping district of the city, the area bordered by Elizabeth, Flinders, Russell and La Trobe Streets.
They are also present at many of Melbourne's major events including the AFL Grand Final Parade and Melbourne Cup Parade.
