Apartment on Flinders is a self-contained, one-bedroom apartment in Sandy Bay, Hobart. Sandy Bay is a beachside suburb of Hobart, five minutes’ drive from the central business district.

The Apartment has one queen-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a lounge and dining room, television and VCR. There is a fully-equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, fridge, convection oven and microwave. There is also a guest laundry and off-street, under cover parking.

Apartment on Flinders is within walking distance of Sandy Bay shops and restaurants, Salamanca Place and Battery Point and the Wrest Point Casino is a ten-minute walk away. Walk to the Hobart waterfront, take a cruise on the Derwent River or browse the Saturday Salalmanca Market. Visit Hobart’s fine restaurants, go shopping or go to the theatre. You can take the 22-kilometre drive to the summit of Mount Wellington (elevation 1270 metres) for panoramic views of Hobart, Bruny Island, South Arm and the Tasman Peninsula.
