Return to Victor Harbor

If you were planning on spending some time in Victor Harbor, your visit would not be complete without visiting Granite Island.

Granite Island is famous for its colony of Little Penguins but why not catch the Horse Drawn Tram over and spend the day. There is so much to do here.

A newly established boardwalk makes the walk around Granite Island a pleasure. It is approximately three kilometres around the island and will take you about 40 minutes.

The Screwpile Jetty is a very popular spot for those interested in a bit of fishing.

The beautifully landscaped lawns and gardens would make a great spot for a picnic, just sit back and relax under the shade of the enormous Norfolk Pines.

The Reef Bistro is an absolute must for those wishing to dine on the south coast. The ocean and coastal views from the deck and in the restaurant are spectacular. Our specialty is fresh local seafood with ever-changing daily specials made to suit everyone's budget. Bookings are essential.

One thing we will guarantee is a fabulous day out for the whole family.

Evening guided Penguin Walk run nightly.
