The Salsa Bar and Grill Restaurant specialises in modern tropical cuisine and tasty dishes which include salsa seafood curry, yellow fin tuna tartar with sumac fetta, sand crab and herb salad and pickled watermelon vinaigrette, tangerine and coffee braised duck with crispy udon noodle cake, and dukkah crusted lamb loin.
New owners Rhys Bawden and Bill Conway have been working together in the kitchen at Salsa bar and Grill for over 10 years. This relationship has naturally progressed into a thriving business partnership. The customers love coming back here especially for the linguini pepperincino and their signature chocolate and cointreau soufflé.
