Darwin Cup Carnival - Darwin CBD and Suburbs

Share in the excitement of Darwin’s premier horse racing calendar.

The Carlton Draught Darwin Cup Carnival officially kicks off on Saturday 5 July 2008 and culminates in the running of the Carlton Draught Darwin Cup on Monday 4 August 2008. The program also features Ladies Day, where they can show off their finery and enjoy a sumptuous luncheon and a glass of bubbly.

The picturesque Fannie Bay Racecourse track is one of only a few dirt tracks in operation on the circuit, and the Carlton Draught Darwin Cup Day witnesses 17,000 people bursting the rails.

Dress up, dress casual or come in fancy dress, this is a racing carnival not to be missed.
