The Hume Park Tourist Resort, located on Lake Burrinjuck was established in 1927. It was developed to commemorate the epic crossing of the flooded

Murrumbidgee Rriver by the Hume and Hovell expedition in October 1824. Brief details are on a stone cairn near the boat ramp.

Easily accessible, tree shaded and quiet, it is ideal for day visitors and a water skiers haven.

The facilities are a store, picnic/swimming, barbecue, fishing, launching ramp, fuel on water, indoor amusement centre, water ski equipment and

accessories.
