This is a glorious walk around Australia’s easternmost mainland point, covering the Byron Bay headland.

It includes such points of scenic, cultural & historical interest as the Cape

Byron Lighthouse, Wategos Beach, Clarks Beach & The Pass, and gives access to

beaches, fishing spots and high vantage points, offering unsurpassed panoramic

views of the coastline.

Facilities such as car parking, toilets and showers are available at Captain

Cook Lookout, Palm Valley picnic area and Wategos beach.
