Canberra District Wine Harvest Festival - Canberra
The Canberra District Wine Harvest Festival is a celebration of the annual wine harvest. The Festival weekend showcases the Canberra District Wineries with all the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of harvest, a time when picking, pressing and even stomping of the grapes becomes centre stage. Visitors can engage their senses with special wine tastings, talks from the winemakers, join a tour, watch wine making demonstrations, enjoy live music and challenge their tastebuds with food and wine matching. There are over 30 cellar doors and cafes to choose from so spend a day or more exploring the local region.
